Acceptance and operator

This website (the “Site”) is operated by GHM Consulting Services LLC, doing business as GHM Consulting (“GHM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern use of the Site only; any consulting, training, or other paid services will be governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.

Purpose and permitted use

The Site provides general information about behavioral healthcare consulting, executive leadership training, staff development, professional development, and related organizational services. You may use it for lawful, personal or internal business-information purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically extract content in a manner that disrupts the Site, impersonate others, or use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

No engagement or professional relationship

Viewing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a response does not create a consulting engagement, fiduciary relationship, clinical relationship, or obligation by GHM to provide services. An engagement begins only when the parties agree to its terms in writing. GHM may decline an inquiry or proposed engagement, subject to applicable law.

No clinical, legal, or other regulated advice

Site content is general business and professional-development information. It is not medical, mental-health treatment, clinical, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory-compliance, or emergency advice; it does not replace qualified professional judgment or organization-specific assessments. GHM does not provide patient intake or emergency response through the Site. Do not rely on the Site to make patient-care, legal, regulatory, or safety-critical decisions.

No guarantee of outcomes

Descriptions of services, training topics, and potential organizational benefits are informational and do not guarantee any particular operational, financial, clinical, staffing, retention, accreditation, or other outcome. Results depend on circumstances beyond GHM’s control, including each organization’s implementation and resources. No statement on the Site modifies an executed client agreement.

Site content and intellectual property

Except where otherwise indicated, the Site’s text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, and other materials are owned by GHM or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal, noncommercial reference, provided you retain notices and do not misrepresent ownership. No license to copy, republish, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content is granted without written authorization. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy and changes

We seek to keep Site information accurate, but content may become incomplete or out of date. We may revise service descriptions, content, availability, and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date or otherwise providing notice when required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services, including form-delivery and spam-prevention services. GHM does not control third-party content, security, accessibility, or practices and is not responsible for them except as required by law. Review the applicable third party’s terms and privacy information.

Site availability and security

We may suspend or modify the Site for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. While we take reasonable steps to operate the Site, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the Site will be free of errors or harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate safeguards on your own devices.

Disclaimer of website warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT OVERRIDE WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GHM AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. ANY LIMITATION APPLICABLE TO PAID SERVICES WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE SEPARATE CLIENT AGREEMENT.

Governing law and disputes

Applicable governing law, venue, and any dispute-resolution requirements will be determined under governing law and, for paid services, the parties’ separate written agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable consumer or statutory rights.

Severability and entire website agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent lawful. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices expressly incorporated here, govern use of this Site; they do not replace a separate written service agreement.
